So it's on this polemic stuff right? So I wanted to ask for some alternatives for both the VPN and email. Any other recomendations are also welcome! And I do understand I might need to start paying for a service. Thanks a lot!

Also, the only thing I don't know much about is me using rethink dns it seems safe ig, but yea, also uhh. I also use proton through wireguard so ideally it should include that or openvpn or just really good compatibility for all devices.

I've been on Proton Unlimited but have switched to the following:

VPN = Mullvad.

Email = Tuta free. I barely use email so I can't justify the expense.

Alias = Addy. Cheap and seems to work well.

Drive = Maybe Tuta when it's out of beta and if the $8 a month includes both drive and email.

I'm still using Signal. Signal plans to leave Canada if Bill C-22 passes. This is when I"ll switch to SimpleX.
