Fines that are a significant percentage of global revenue.
Personal consequences for the people who made those decisions. For example if I started an illegal casino I'd be looking at jail time. Meanwhile these guys are literally walking away.
The problem with revenue based fines is payroll makes up a large portion of a companies expenses.
This would just lead to job losses as the company makes cuts to pay the fine.
You mean an actual punishment.
Putting rank and file employees out of work isn't the win you think it is.
