It's just a coincidence. They both happened to be there and just ran into each other. You're on your holiday, seeing the sights of Moscow, and boom there's old Tommy Robinson and there's old Daddy Musk.
I mean, what are the chances of that happening?
Do you think they brainstormed the meeting location to maximise creepiness. Presumably they had to meet up in Moscow because they couldn't find a conveniently equipped volcano.
