Do Throwing Knoves get any benefits from Blade perks in 2.0? (lemmy.world)

Question in the title. Before I start dedicating points into Reflexes, I'm wondering if any of the perks would benefit Throwing Knives, or if they count as a Blade when used in melee.

I was pretty disappointed when I realized they didn't work with the Kerenzikov, seems like an oversight.
