Out of curiosity, why 2-3 different ad blockers?
I have similar.
and have pihole on my network.
They often do different things.
Privacy badger, ublock, https everywhere are just required tools.
Hasn't HTTPS Everywhere been dead for years? Enabling enforced HTTPS is a native feature in every browser now afaik.
I run multiple as well. It's like double-bagging it, except actually effective.
