The guy who (from online stories) rushed out during a women's foot race during the last stretch to show men are better? If I recall that was him in high school.

Also thought it was a good idea to show up on tv with spray hair in Trump's first term. It'd be funnier if he wasn't basically Himmler or whichever relevant Nazi.
