Google can track you even if you don't use any of it's services or products. Beginning with half the websites in internet, most from the US, use googleanalytics, google-tagmanager and sending data to Alphabet, adding information from Cloudflare and also mobile data, among others. Not so easy to avoid Google, less using YT, only possible to avoid the worst spying. One measure is to use EU apps and services insted of those from the US.
