That sucks, I've been there. If you haven't already I'd look up mindfulness exercises. Getting a clear head really helps with digging out of bad places.

Thanks. Just got out a mental health program and entering another one soon so Ive learned a lot about them. Consistently applying the exercises is a different beast altogether though
