For all parking disasters, not just simple bad parking (for that see yplac.co.uk).
Also includes "you can't park there, sir" for the police equivalent.
Rules:
- No deaths or serious injuries because who would be around to get told they couldn't park there?

Only in America!
I saw a nazi mobile on the road here like two month ago and it made me upset
I have to see one almost every morning when dropping my kid off at school.
It somehow seems uglier over time.
Me too. I live in a tiny rural town too, no idea why there's one of those here.
Those things are like knives on wheels. Stay away from them unless you want to be cut up into pieces during an accident. I GTFO if I see one near me.

Nah Europeans read manuals the right way up.
