It turns out Kars4Kids is literally an Israeli Conspiracy to steal funds from the American public. They don't spend any money on kids.

It just goes to sending 18 year old Jewish kids to Israeli for birthright and building buildings in Israel.

I remember hearing about this exact case in New York State like 10 years ago. How long ago can you run this scam?

They keep getting banned from various states, but they've been running the scam for 32 years. But they only started getting sued in the late 2000s so that's almost two decades of cash sent to Israel without anyone actually paying attention.

Israel's deffos lost its halo in the last few years. Doubt you'll find a jury in 2026 willing to squint their way to seeing fraud as ok in service of a genocidal arpartheid ethnosupremacist state.

You'd be surprised at how much influence Israel still has in the American political & justice system. Many people think jury's are the decision makers in trials, but judges can overrule them. There are many ways judges can overrule a guilty verdict in criminal law, or by claiming a jury incorrectly applied the law in civil matters.

Dems are going to be cleaning house soon. Republicans are probably just a few years behind. No dog likes getting wagged by its tail--it's an intensely uncomfortable and unmistakable experience.

No doubt we'll have to wait for the justices to age out, though.
