The thrown off buildings is another lazy attempt to say Hamas is ISIS, there’s no evidence of that happening in Palestine (besides the occupiers desecrating the corpses of the occupied but hey)
I think it's a very old rumor or news i'm not sure, that Hamas threw Fatah members off rooftops when Fatah attempted a Coup in 2007 after losing the elections.

Yes. Besides that, Fatah and Hamas had a reconciliation agreement in 2024 brokered by China and Russia. Americans just want to portray Hamas as this Evil Terrorist group, when Hamas is just a political party with a military wing that controls Gaza, meanwhile they don't say shit about Syria being controlled by Al-Qaeda.
