If you're in the cave and pull the lever the trolley kills five people and you get out of the cave.

How do I know that someone isn't going to fully replace the trolley piece by piece after I pull the lever?
Because reconstructing the trolley requires an infinite number of workers and I heard they were having trouble with their hotel arrangements.
