Yesterday, on Jerusalem Day, I said at the Mercaz HaRav gathering that while our enemies rise up to destroy us, our Zionist response must be decisive: to continue developing the areas of our homeland in Judea and Samaria in a way that guarantees Israel’s security for generations to come.

This week, I placed on the cabinet table a detailed plan to transfer strategic areas in Judea and Samaria from Areas A and B to Area C, and I call on the prime minister and the cabinet to implement it.

This is an important step not only for the residents of Judea and Samaria, but for the entire State of Israel. Only in this way will we prevent the next massacre in Kfar Saba, Rosh HaAyin, and Modi’in.

We will continue to effectively kill the idea of a Palestinian state and the establishment of a capital of terrorism in the heart of our country.”
