The controller doesn't have a speaker. The sound is produced by its haptic motors.

Uh. I think it does. You can page it in case you've misplaced it and it will ring.

Also, on/off sounds, etc.

No, it doesn't. These sounds are all done by the haptic motors.

The og did all of that through haptics, it worked really well. don't see cutouts in the case for a speaker and I didn't see any mention on ifixit, feel like valve would have listed it in the specs.
