Or the mans is working and can't be on the phone all day, or his mom called, or literally a million other excuses. If you want instant and consistent responses, call them.
After you text to make sure they're down to talk. Gotta have some consideration for them.
Yea thats fair. I'm an on call worker and also an emergency contact for customers so I'm actually relieved if its just a friend calling me randomly instead of the boss or a customer. Now that I've thought about it, whenever i wanna discuss plans or details with a friend i usually send them a text asking them to call me when they can.
