Xi doesnt even have to go kinetic. Publicly say in front of the cameras hes going to personally negotiate with trump because trump got manly hands and is an amazing deal maker. Force him into a brutal 12 hr negotiation and at the end tell him no deal. Trump will die either from the stress or a heart attack from feeble raging.

Decapitation strikes generally don't work because those on the receiving end usually don't have nukes and god complexes to accelerate into their own destruction.
