I'm at that stage health-wise where I wake up with a scratchy throat and a bunch of phlegm, but after a dose of a bunch of drugs I feel fine, and generally do for the rest of the day. It's like I need to clear out the system and have a bit of a kick-start to get going

I flush them down, I don't just leave them there
Grollies go outside or in the toilet.
