Firstly - pedos and pedo apologists are not welcome here. Secondly - it has been shown quite conclusively that when people seek this crap out, it normalises real CSAM and they are more likely to go out and directly harm children.
But the thing is, people don't seek out violent material to jack off to. Violent material that is produced for the purposes of arousal probably should be banned because that's something else we don't want to normalise.

I'm not sure that taking people who have who have SV fantasies and locking them away in prisons/asylums, where they will be at drastically increased risk of SV, is a good way to combat SV.

I think if you're raising the argument that being interested in "violence" (which my interlocutors has conceded would include depictions of non consensual sex) makes you "Not normal" it is perfectly alright to raise the counter argument that it is in fact plenty "Normal" to be into such things.
