reading the Coroners And Justice act 2009, apparently they lump together actual CSAM, porn drawn of real children or real csam, and fictional porn drawings with the same offense and the same penalty? (it says "indecent photographs" are handled by a different statute, but I'm don't think indecent includes csam). I support all of them being illegal, but it's obvious they should be punished differently.
Putting them under the same statute doesn't mean they aren't punished differently tbf.
