I swear every Paradox game player is neurodivergent and a Spreadsheet Enjoyer, and we're all either Stalin doodling wolves in a meeting, or that boy who sits in front of you in World History and loves Great Patriotic War era German equipment... but it's just that Germany had the coolest tanks, and the Soviets are fun to fight against, he swears.
(I'm not into HOI4, I can't stand the not negative enough vanilla fascist portrayal and war games aren't really my thing, but I do love CK2 and CK3 for how well they lampshade monarchism and they're just fun, and Vicky 3 is my go to for the whole "form a socialist state" leftist power fantasy thing. I think I just like the economic loops of any good state builder type game, tbh.)
