Window shopping for empty suits, same old. It's pretty clear that public health is close to if not the bottom of the regime's priorities. They just need someone willing to further scapegoat trans people, gut existing programs, and deliver anti-science/pro-corporate policy written by the 2-3 people Trump is actually listening to that week.
