Reading this in a post is the Internet discourse equivalent of seeing a map that has Yugoslavia on it.
I'll bet somewhere out there there are internet posts that say Sir Jimmy Savile is a good man who does great charity work, that Prince Andrew is a good and decent man and Joss Whedon is a genius.
Times change and we change with them.
Hence their Yugoslavia reference.
