  • It's syndicated from the Associated Press. CBC News did not write this. Right there in the byline.
  • It's based on an interview from the head of the IAEA, Rafael Grossi. First paragraph.
  • In a world where your fantasy version of events is what happened, why would CBC News be citing "UN nuclear agency" as their source in the headline?
