Good for preservation, that alone is golden.
But personally, I don't like to play old 3D games anymore, I stopped enjoying their aged mechanics and graphics. However, retro 2D games... I freaking love them, I could play Sunset Riders until the day I die.
Decomps mean recomps though. New control schemes, new models, new logic, new textures.
Dang. Back in high school my best friend and I wore out the MAME emulator playing sunset riders and countless other classics. Fuck, I'm old.
I just can't get enough of the side scrolling beat em ups.
