No suicide needed; he may die during presidency from legit, severe health problems (that article's already several months old, by the way; he's only been deteriorating more). The demands of presidency take a serious toll on everyone, monster or not...
He's going to live to be 102 just because
Um, okay. I would gladly bet all my life savings against him surviving for even 5 more years (again, no assassination or artificial harm needed). Easy money.
