Looking at their history I think it's a joke, pretty good troll tho, the detail in the grammar and punctuation is just right

In America, dying early is seen as a plus. This place is hell
In America: ICE deports and kills civilians without a trial and your options for political leadership are both backed by corporate interests, Israel, and the Epstein class.
What freedom? What democracy?
He said right in the comment, the freedom to give all our earnings to private companies for services we need, and often still not receive them. Nothing says freedom like paying for years into health insurance and then the minute you actually get something serious the needed treatment is "not medically necessary".
That's the joke.
Please use the /s for sarcasm or joking, because many people couldn't tell this was a joke. It also helps people who aren't adept in english, or who have cognitive issues.
Hell yeah, the freedom to die young and indebted is truly invaluable.
