No, those are your issues. I've seen a tiny bit about Hasan, but I have no idea what it's about, and it certainly isn't where the Democratic party is spending their time.
The Dems just voted to deny an arms package to Israel, something that never would have happened even a few months ago. That signals a massive change in attitude.
They let the current shutdown continue, even when it became a MASSIVE Spring Break problem in the airports, after surrendering immediately when it happened last Fall.
Those are two serious and concrete examples of improvements that would not have happened before. It's a start, and we have to encourage them to keep it up.
It's also not nearly enough, they seem to be fine with the war on Iran and the embargo on Cuba, for example, beyond a few vocal people. The DNC cannot be reformed into a working class party.
