His videos have officially surpassed dystopian insanity. Personally, this was the first time that a MrBeast video felt real: the contestants were not handpicked; they were whoever happened to be present at the grocery store at that exact moment. That is, mostly people from working class background struggling to make ends meet. For a pool prize of 250k, a lot quit their jobs to compete, some went completely batshit crazy coercing others into leaving by any means. I'm talking depriving others from sleep, vandalizing each other's living spots, destroying belongings and even depriving others from the food supply. A few weeks in, virtually all remaining participants had lost any human resemblance. And this went on for months, all for a chance of winning 250k. The contest didn't come to a final conclusion. The contestants agreed to resupply the store with food and continue the contest in return for a million dollars as a prize, and so this may as well continue for the rest of the year.
This was a devastating watch (I don't usually watch this dipshit's content) and worst of all no one in the comments section saw anything bad in a multimillionaire throwing money to poor, wretched and dehumanized souls just to make of them a spectacle for the entertainment of others and to further enrich himself.
I will definitely be feeling awful for the rest of the day.
MrBeast belongs in prison (which is the nice version of this statement).
the prison doesn't have air, but breathing canisters are hidden in ingenious places! let's get started...
I disagree. In a sane society, he would just be an every day joe and no one would care about. But people crave that shit, so we deserve tyat asshole
Nah, this is some tacky victim blaming. People who use their wealth/power to hurt others should be held accountable.
People can be bored even in a sane society. But in a sane society with sane government and laws, such stupid stunts shall be made example of by the authority.
