Person "Hey, KuroXppi how's it going?"

KuroXppi "Yeah, good thanks, [Person], yourself?"

P "Not too bad, lovely weather we're having"

K don't mention unseasonable warmth for this time of year "Yeah... get up to much on the weekend?"

P "It was so cold on Saturday so stayed indoors, but it was lovely on Sunday so we had a picnic! They were forecasting rain but luckily it held off. There were a few mozzies though, the bastards. How about you?"

K not mentioning below average rainfall across most of the state and reservoirs under continuing strain, insecticide "Yeah not much, saw a comedy gig with some mates and slept in Sunday. Anyway, gotta get to the morning stand up, have a good one" not mentioning accellarating climate collapse, micro plastic pollution and the shifting baseline syndrome

Sat on the tram this morning listening to two older women talking about how lovely it is how summer seems to be here a month early. (My brain: Yeah sure, totally good and cool considering we are near the arctic.)

They go on: Such a shame it will be cold next week because summer is so short and then you are already used to the lovely weather. (My brain: Yeah lets not think about all the birds nesting already, the insects and other animals who are now awake too soon. The trees who are putting out leaves now. It getting freezing now is not a vibes problem, it's a potential tragedy.)

Then they carry on talking about how nice it is that all the birds are signing like it's summer and talk about their childhood bird memories. My brain: ...)
