I mean with Ford you really don't have to investigate hard to find he's corrupted. Look at the whole science center crap, the green belt, ontario place, etc, etc, etc. guy owes "favours" to just about every mob family in the province/country.

Perhaps (hopefully) that is happening behind the scenes and they will swoop in and arrest him....
