Maybe not the best in quality but it works, if you are on a budget there are many in the second hand market, they are usually in good condition. You have to log with a Microsoft account to install the bluray app.

~~PS4 pro should be capable (Wikipedia): 4K 2160p, 1080p, 1080i, 720p, and 480p HDR10 HDMI out 2.0a~~ (Edit) Oh never mind, looks like it can output 4k but it can't read 4k discs, well that's dumb
