What exactly do you find weird about a buff, three-armed Richard Nixon whose head has been replaced with three spikes, holding hand with Solid Snake right next to a cowboy astronaut?
Well obviously the first one is some necromancer bringing Nazis back from the dead, and telling them they can cleanse their souls if they help fight the new fascists.
The second? "Autobots assemble!"
Fighter jet, so it's probably a Decepticon.
The second one is the fighter jet mating ritual. They fly up really high, lock landing gear and tumble down only breaking contact at the last second to avoid death.
I think the fighter jets are kissing.
The figure in the middle is the witch king being summoned.
