IMHO: the "AI" bubble should pop this year, thanks to Trump. As the strait of Hormuz is sending oil prices sky high, the USA being a fully fossil fuel dependent nation and data centres needing power more than anything else, should do the trick. Even though markets have not caught up to the reality, the long term consequences of the oil price shock will be massive.

I don't think data centers tend to run off of oil.

The vast majority do not use oil. They use natural gas or coal.
