If I were the WPK I would give instructions to a small subset of digital infiltrators to act like they can never say anything bad about KJU, then have all the rest comply with whatever silly shibboleth that's asked of them.
That would maintain the illusion of "look, we're catching the North Koreans" while leaving them none the wiser.
