There's only 2 rules that I can think of right now
Rule 1: Don't ridicule
Rule 2: Don't be an arsehole

If you can think of anything else let me know. Cheers.

This is a dish of spicy meat sauce, sausages or rissoles, cheese slices, and raw sweet onions over pasta salad and home fries (chunky homemade chips). With your preferred sauces.

If you wanted to make a simpler version with less cooking I’d probably either buy a can or two of bolognese sauce and add hot sauce, or just buy a few cans of something like Stagg chili to heat up. Replace the pasta salad with some heated up baked beans. Then top with grated cheese and chopped raw onion.

It’s probably got so many components due to being comprised of what was left over at a restaurant.

I wouldn’t waste time peeling. Microwaving potatoes for a minute or so each side with the skin on will help them slice easier and finish cooking faster in the oven or pan. Just don’t burn your fingers

Just an FYI it's pronounced

Vy-day-yah onion.

2 big sweet onions in the US: Vidalia & Walla Walla sweets. I grew up in the Pacific Northwest so Walla Wallas are what I was raised on, but my career took me to the east & southern coast so I learned to like & pronounce Vidalia.

More information than you asked for, but it's lunch time and I have nothing better to do 😁
