I'm a little biased, but a corset or maybe a belt would make it interesting :3

I was also thinking about a belt. Or maybe some colorful accent like a pin or bow, possibly even further up (neck/shoulders/hair), but I can't quite visualize it.

I find to go down in size you think will fit. It's easier to add a extention than it is with a not as proper fitting corset.
