our AI bill just hit $113k in a single month (we’re a 4 person team). i’ve never been more proud of an invoice in my life. here’s why…

at [FuckYour] AI, we’re building the first autonomous business - scaling with intelligence, not headcount. and the only way to prove that thesis is to build a truly agentic solution ourselves.

When your business + product are truly agentic - AI costs can compound.

Our goal is $10M ARR with a sub-10 person org. We don’t have SDRs, and our paid marketing budget is zero..

but we do spend a sh*t ton on tokens. that $113K bill? A part of it IS our go-to-market team. our engineering, support, legal.. you get the point.

And our product reflects the same philosophy.

[FuckYour] AI is the first coding agent built for GTM professionals, not developers.

Over 800 companies signed up in the last 40 days. and they’re not relying on us to build their GTM workflows - they’re building with [FuckYour] themselves.

that’s what building a truly agentic product + business looks like.

costs compound. but so does scaling with intelligence.

and the craziest thing?! this is prob the smallest our AI bill will ever be..

follow along to see where the next one lands!

Edited out company name cuz fuck them

agentic

Yeah, we created a new buzzword that means the same thing as "autonomous".

Okay, well, it's actually less good than autonomous, because you have to babysit the thing to make sure that it doesn't shit the bed. But totally worth it! Because it's agentic!

AI costs can compound

As anyone who knows the value of compound interest can tell you, this is NOT a flex lmfao
