A new gene therapy is giving people born deaf the chance to hear, often within just weeks. In a small but groundbreaking study, researchers delivered a working copy of a key hearing gene directly into the inner ear using a single injection. All ten patients, ranging from young children to adults, experienced improved hearing, with some showing rapid gains in just one month.

This may still turn out to be a grift, as with other synthetic body part startups, but at least they did some animal studies first. The human trials are apparently awaiting the approval.

Considering that trans-surgeons make it look easy, you could totally do some mechanical foreskin restoration then finish up with an extra dump of skin from your scrotum/inguinal area.

Speaking from experience, you do lose out on the important foreskin-related nerve endings, but the improvement in sensation is incredible. Plus, we’re getting close to replacing nerve endings, so you could get that procedure in the future.
