I work for a nonprofit, great company, and the paternity and maternity leaves are equal and as a child free man I think I deserve dog’ternity leave too. It’s really bullshit that time and money is carved out allocated and supported in that quantity only for folks having children. It’s not right, ternity leave should be for everyone.

Now that I look at it, the only folks at my office who have wfh days all have children. I think I need 6 months here before I can ask for a wfh day and unsure if it’ll be respected if I do.
