The revolution the feeds the children gets my support!

✏ Rules

  1. DO NOT DOXX YOUR KIDS - Seriously, use an alt for this comm or keep it vague; otherwise we’re centralizing info about everyone’s kids into a single place that can be easily focused on.
  2. No jokes about dead kids - I don't care how much the romanovs deserved it, or how right John Brown was, save it for another comm.
  3. No antinatalism struggle sessions

We went to this "maple fest" in my local area. It was a pretty sad experience. I'd say maybe 2 venders actually has maple items. The rest was your typical "craft fair" stuff. You know, a knockoff toy vendor selling overpriced slop including those 3D printed dragons you see everywhere. A guy with a whole booth of retail big box spice and seasoning products (I'm pretty sure this guy must be in some kind of multilevel marketing scheme) someone clearly selling ai kids books she "wrote" and "illustrated" herself. Over priced kids stuff like a bouncy house. Then there was the food trucks, where everything felt way over priced for what it was. Every food booth was running on a gas generator even though this was a mall parking lot. I guess there were no outlets available in the lot (seems like a missed opportunity but what do I know). Made for a good atmosphere to sit and eat.

The kids were happy to get out of the house but man, a real bummer of an event.
