I have multiple times been served papers for other people with the serving guy demanding all sorts of shit from me, on my own leased property, screaming about being an officer of the court. The guys that do this lie and fail and the courts allow them to, at least around here. The one threw the papers in the hallway, for someone I'd never heard of.
