I can only fold laundry when Im angry. Maybe, I should say, It is much easier to do this task when im upset/frustrared/angry.
Ill put it off for weeks, and then get mad, and be like, fine, Ill fold the damn laundry.
I think this explains "rage cleaning" here for it
Dunno if it's your case, but if someone's stuck on a mental freeze, imo it's still better to do "rage cleaning" than nothing at all. e.e"
