Took a while for me to change my sheets yesterday because my back hurts. I've noticed after some years of being alive that I lean to one side when standing. I wonder what that is for.
Anyway, after beautifully making my bed yesterday, I wake up today to the sheet and doona on the floor and a dead arm. Yay.
Were you checked for scoliosis as a kid?I wake with dead arm/hand often but that's a hyper mobile thing
