That's weird. Why would the projections all be horizontal, as if new PV rollout will suddenly become static this year.
Thats not a projection.
people assumed that solar cells would stay expensive and wouldn't be competitive with fossil fuels, then China started producing them at massive scale which brought costs down
One part neoclassical economics, one part racism, and one part copium.
