Idk if sleaze is supposed to mean a specific style/genre or if you just mean any music that feels sexy+sketchy, I'm going to assume the latter and go with Of Montreal - Faberge Falls For Shuggie

For sad/depressing songs it depends on whether I'm voluntarily indulging in some existential angst or genuinely trying to cope with sad shit I've been subjected to. For the former it's Tom Waits - Tango Til They're Sore. For the latter it's Pinback - Autumn of the Seraphs.
