Finland facepalms furiously in the corner, gesturing vehemently at the homeless solutions it has proven as being wildly successful and undeniably effective

11,352 people are experiencing homelessness in BC while Finland has 4,000 in 2023. Not to mention that our population sizes are very similar. It is indeed a policy failure.
