How do you expect "reforms" from an autocomple engine?

I think they mean in parallel, as in the government steps in and regulates with guarantees etc, not that these reforms would come from the AI itself.

I understand what you mean, but I'm afraid AI does not think these things were connected, and the government does not think so either.
