Check out this primo smuglord pinocchio-evil yummy

On March 12, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu gave his first press conference since the U.S. and Israel first attacked Iran. Some social media users doubted the authenticity of the video address, and led them to question whether Netanyahu was still alive.

In the image, Netanyahu is pointing with both hands, and social media users said his right hand appears to have six fingers.

But upon closer look at the video, Netanyahu’s hands looked normal. A trick of light likely made part of his palm appear to be an extra finger.

Gonna use this one at the bank. "It might initially look like I owe you guys $100.000, but upon closer look you will realise that is merely a trick of the light.

He gestured with his hands a lot and no irregularities appeared.

No irregularities appeared, which is why people observed irregularities.
His right hand (viewers left) does weird stuff and has artifacts the other hand doesn't a couple of times. From 5:28 in the briefing:

A video of Netanyahu’s press conference doesn’t prove he is dead. We rate this claim Pants on Fire!

They must hire people directly from reddit to write for them. This is the most basic bad-faith smuglord trick in the book. The claim isn't that the video proves he's dead, the claim is it looks like he has an extra finger, which it does.

Anyway you can also just watch the press briefing itself, if you want to harm yourself for some reason - youtube

This kind of graphical error has existed for over a decade by bad deinterlacing, not from AI. Sometimes video is recorded or stored in a way where the pixels from 2 frames are interweaved together. This used to be used frequently in high motion scenes in movies. Motion requires more video bit rate, interlacing reduces the bitrate required. On old CRT televisions, interlacing was not visible.

Netanyahu is waving his hands around in the video. The boomer film crew did the video production wrong and it smashed 2 frames together.

Example, Frame 1 shows the interlaced video. Frame 2 shows the bad deinterlacing.

Yeah, it's just funny the "debunkers" aren't acknowledging what's going on.
