Hurt myself at work, boss tried to claim I didn't hurt myself and just walked off the jobsite. Local compensation system has an online portal where I can view all communications related to my case.
Boss waited until the final day of evidence collection to submit a report saying i faked my injury to the local compensation board.
The evidence included in his report is a text message I included in my injury report as evidence they knew I was injured.
It has been almost 2 months of 'investigation' because of this and they're just going to lose the case but I haven't been FUCKING PAID.
Vindictive and cruel just because, I suppose. I hadn't actually met my boss in person until that day, too.

I'm not holding my breath but I do have a text from my supervisor that says "Hey the office is treating it like you quit" after a chain of messages about my injury where my supervisor says "I know you're hurt"
It would SEEM like i should win, even if they used every second allotted them for every stage of the process
