$3.68/gal is just under $1/L, or 0.85€ / L. Still insanely cheap.
I've seen diesel at 2,2€/L here in northern europe for comparison.
I've seen 2.5€/L in the Netherlands, similar for diesel and 95, 95 a hair cheaper. Even the "cheap" stations are over 2.2€. Thanks Obama!
Yep in freedom units we're seeing 91 octane at $6.50 a gallon in NZ
